Contracts Department

Sold as Bid Board

Watches every public bid board and takes the ones that fit through to award. From $425/mo.

From $425/mo

Billions in local contracts go to whoever filed on time.

Not to whoever was best. To whoever was organised enough to submit. We watch every board you qualify for and get the paperwork in.

You already qualify for more of it than you think. The bottleneck was never capability, it was paperwork and a deadline.

Every federal, state, county and city board watched daily against what you are actually eligible to bid. The ones that fit scored, written, packaged and submitted before the deadline — then followed up, debriefed when lost, and set up properly when won.

Billions in local contracts go to whoever was organised enough to file on time. That is a solvable problem, and it is mostly administrative.

How it is priced

Every plan includes a set number of production credits each month — that is how we measure everything we make. A social post is 1 credit, a blog article is 6, a short video is 5, a full commercial is 30. Spend them on whatever mix suits your month.

Roughly two thirds of your subscription is production allowance. The rest is strategy, management, platform and support. We say that out loud because most agencies will not.

If you need more than your allowance, a prepaid block costs $22 a credit and buying à la carte in the moment costs $40. That gap is deliberate: planning ahead should be cheaper than panicking. And if you overspend by more than 40 credits in a month we convert it to a prepaid block automatically and charge you the lower rate.

The Department Stack

This is one of eight departments you can run with us. Every one you add takes another 5% off all of them, up to 20%. That is not a loyalty gimmick — all eight read from the same Brand Brain and the same knowledge base, so your marketing team already knows what your sales team knows. The fifth department genuinely costs us less to run than the first, and we pass that on.

What else is charged

  • Setup fee — once, at the start. It covers onboarding, strategy and the baseline we measure against.
  • Administration & support — $95/mo per account. Funds 24/7 monitoring, the support SLA, the uptime guarantee and every third-party tool licence. Charged openly rather than hidden in the tier.
  • Initialisation — only if we build something from nothing, such as a social channel at $150, a Google Business Profile, a business email domain or an ad account.

Nonprofits get 15% off recurring lines. Businesses based in North Lawndale and the surrounding West and South Side community areas get a further 10% off for the first twelve months.

Exactly what you get

No vague tiers. These are the numbers, and anything past them has a price on the pricing page rather than a quote three days later.
